This past week the TRHS Wildcat band had its annual end of the year spring concert, and it was a concert to remember. The spring concert is a special one to the band because it’s the last concert for the seniors.

The TRHS jazz band opened up the concert playing Pink Panther, House of the Rising Sun, and If I Could Fly. Then the concert switched gears and went into the concert band’s performance. The concert band played Little English Suite, The Lion King, and Moscow 1941. The songs featured soloists Ricky Clements, trumpet, Emma Chamberlin, trombone, Bri Nelson, flute, Bri Kupiec, trumpet, and Sadie Benson, bass clarinet. After the concert band finished performing, the last band of the night, the symphony band, was up. The symphony band played The Fate of the Gods, Danse Bohemian, and Africa. The songs featured soloists Ben Wood, trumpet, Jon Scare, french horn, Sarah Dane on bass clarinet, and Morgan Lounsbury, oboe.

The concert was an overall success with excellent performances all around.
